Interesting. So you did captions a while ago. That's something I considered doing... but never did. I don't really know why, I just preferred to write stories.
Hehehe... it's interesting what you find if you look for things. Oh, and just so you know... despite this being one of your earlier things, it's still beautifully written and expressed. I can't think of anything you've done that hasn't been, there's just been some that express more than others. Anyway, great. It was a fun little thing to read. ^^

They were interesting because images always give me ideas and I often go to images to be inspired for weird ways to describe them. Describing images always captivate and motivate me ^^. Because I see so much visually, they allow me a fixed visual to hold onto and examine. I've tried to do that mentally more but they tend to fluctuate a lot.

Yeah. I feel the same about music. I get a lot of motivation when I listen to songs. I remember once a friend and I had a game we devised (that we eventually turned into a book... a small one, but it was a fun little project ^^) and we moved the plot forward with our own spur of the moment ideas. One night before we played, though, I listened to a particular song - forget which one at the moment - and I was given enough inspiration for three days worth of playing with and building on.
So yes, I know what you mean. Everybody has things that inspire them. I think it's ironic that reading stories (other than yours, actually) doesn't give me a ton of inspiration to write and looking at drawings doesn't either. But the one thing I'm absolutely incompetent with, playing or singing any kind of music, is what inspires me. But eh... Weird how that works out, but still cool.

...You know, since I might be designing body armor as a part of a future career after college, maybe I should look into making anti-zappiness armor. It could come in handy if I made it look similar to everyday clothing.
