Oh boy, did I spend a lot of time on this one! Back in December 2016, during the first year of The 25 Days of Deviant Art, I made a special project for Secret Santa at the college I went to. It was a drawing that I spent almost an entire month doing, and it was a fictional character select screen full of fighters from Sega and Capcom, and it was, of course, called Sega Vs. Capcom! It had a grand total of 80 characters, the most I ever put in a drawing at that time period!

Early last month, though, an idea came to my head: I could do another Sega Vs. Capcom character select screen, but with the drawing resources I have two and a half years later (adding a colored background, drawing much more perfectly shaped squares, etc.)! And not only that, but also add 12 characters each from each of the two companies, bringing the total to 104! Yikes! I spent about a week and a half getting this made, from May 13 to May 24, and this roster shows! And here is the complete list for who these characters are and what game or game franchise they come from!

Phew! I made it to the end of this thing! Man, was this a beast of a project to work on! And to think that I did this all by myself, which is pretty much the exact same post-completion feeling I got from the 2016 paper version of this! But hey, as many people say, putting a lot of hard work into a drawing like this, plus taking time to get the drawing done with, really does pay off extremely well in the end, and drawing all 104 characters in this along with the presentation that I set up like a real character select screen from an arcade cabinet is one of my all-time proudest achievements! (The fact that I still had time to also draw Batman, Sonic the LGBT Hero, and Bobsheaux during the making of this is impressive, too!)
