Name: Pan Cathers
Age: 19
Hometown: Kanto Region; Vermilion City
Personality: Can (and most likely will be) cold to strangers. May take some time to warm up to a person but it is not too uncommon for her to warm up to people in under an hour. Does not like people who are weak. Can stand people who are meek and submissive but may look down on them. Very dominant personality. Ambitions include, (at the very least) competeing in every regions E4 and hopefully winning, traveling regions, and finding making her name known to all. Her biggest strength is battling and her fault is an anger problem that she may not show with outbursts but they can effect her judgement and cause her to act rashly or violently.
Her biggest fear of all is losing people and pokemon closest to her. If anybody threatens people close to her she will act out against them be it openly or secretly. She will also act out to stop a person she doesn't know from being bullied or threatened. She hopes to be a true pokemon master though will just be happy to make it to renowned pokemon trainer.
History: Was born and grew up in Vermillion City. Recieved her first pokemon, Bunny, at age 5 from her father. When he gave the Magikarp she exclaimed "BUNNY!" No matter how many times her father tried to explain that the Magikarp was NOT a bunny she kept calling him Bunny. Her father had gotten the Magikarp when visiting Pewter City, buying him from a (shady) salesman in a pokemon center outside of the city. Pan was bulied a lot as a child and when she recieved the Magikarp from her father, it did not get better, it only gave the cruel children more fodder to use against her. She kept Bunny through it all though. She had grown attached to Bunny and only grew more so when her father died three years later. When she became old enough to be a pokemon trainer she traveled by boat to Pallet Town to recieve her first pokemon. When she chose her Bulbasaur, Frenzy, she set off on her pokemon journey. It was hard at first, not being fully accostomed to traveling and staying outdoors for days on end but it eventually became easier.
After recieving her eight badges from the gym leaders throughout Kanto she challenged the E4 only to fail the first couple times. She barely beat them and came out on top after her fifth try. Four years had passed at this point. She traveled into Johto after this and swept through their gym leaders, but skipped the E4, returning to her home town, where she saw the blimps advertising the BSC compitition, she jumped at the chance to compete, thinking this would help get her name known.

Name: Bunny
Species: Gyarados
Sex: Male
Ability: Intimidate
Nature: Agressive
Hold Item: Soothe Bell (When not in battle to calm him down) Mystic Water (put on before battle)
Battle style: Completely offensive battle technique, will use a mixture of physical and special moves but if it goes berserke, it will become physical attck oriented.
Athletic stat: Power
Contest stat: Cool
Other info: This pokmeon was given to Pan from her late father. It endured the torments children would give Pan right alongside her, and grew tough himself. The other children would be very cruel and rough with him if they got their hands on him. The only person he truely trusts is Pan. If he picks up any hostile feelings from her towards someone he may get out of hand, which is why he has a soothe bell on at all times outside of battle. The Magikarp evolved after traveling through Mt. Moon. Pan started he travels when he had already learned tackle. Sometimes Bunny will become jealous of his team mates, especialy if they start recieving special attention.

Species: Venusaur
Sex: Male
Ability: Overgrow
Nature: Serious
Hold Item: Leftovers
Battle style: Mostly offensive, but will use status effecting moves (mostly poisen and paralyzing moves) and preferes special attack moves that allow him to attack from far away.
Athletic stat: Stamina
Contest stat: Smart
Other info: When Pan chose her "starter Pokemon" she decided to chose a Pokemon that had a type advantage to her Bunny so if someone defeted Bunny, she wouldn't be in too much trouble. Frenzy was a big asset in her first three gym battles and she quickly grew attached to him.

Name: Spitfire
Species: Arcanine
Sex: Male
Ability: Flashfire
Nature: Easy-going
Hold Item: Dark glasses
Battle style: Offensive, mostly special attack, but the dark glasses give him an edge when having to go in for physical, causing him bites to become more powerful. Will also try to distract oppenants with special attacks and quickly move in to use physical force.
Athletic stat: Speed
Contest stat: Beauty
Other info: Caught just outside Lavender Town, for the gym battle with Erika. His easy-going, relaxed attitude was a sharp contrast to her two "main" pokemon Pan found him entertaining. When just wanting to relax, she'll hang out with Spitfire.
