Had you in mind.  It's not the haunting stares of Dubai.... it's the mixed culture hipster nuevo japonais wannabe artistic cats for Angelenos.

Wish we had street art as wonderful as this decorating the banal walls of Dubai.
Sadly, the graffiti artists here often end up getting jailed for their troubles.

We put them in jail, too, depending on the building they deface and/or the attitude of the private property owner.  Street artists also get commissioned to make it look like the establishment has been "chosen" as a canvass to pump it's cool factor.  So the police tend to act only on a complaint or where a public building is involved.  Every once in a while the police go on this kick where they believe street art and graffiti create an atmosphere for criminality so they actively remove the art from the walls.  It's called "broken window" policing.  If gangs and others see a street in disarray then they move in, goes the theory.

I love urban photos, and this one is particularly cool!!! You captured a really good angle great job on the whole composition!!!

You know? I'm not that much of a fan of "frames" around photos, but I must confess that white frame around a color photo works great, so I'm reconsidering that!!!

I used a white frame to minimize the impact of the deviantART green background which can really affect the color in ways I would not intend.

I've seen that a lot in black & white photos, but not so much in color photos ... It caught my attention in a positive way I like it it truly serves your purpose
