Lolz. This is cute. Hula-hula-ing guys~ Just thinking of all the pineapples and flowers. NOt to mention the annoying tendency of sand to get between your toes. :nerve nerve: Pocky on the skin tone. Looks really nice~ Though you should have added a simple background like water, sand and a lone palm tree. Just a suggestion though~ :cheeky grin:

I suggest you get a picture from a magazine and put it in the background. You can then add film grain or blurr it so it blends with your drawing in the foreground. Good example of that is my "Sano Wind" from my gallery. The background is actually a cutout from national geographic. I just film grained it so that it'll look like its watercolor to blend in with my Sanosuke drawing. Hehehe

Or maybe I won't have to bend them either. But I think the chance of finding a beach in her People Magazines without a person in front of it is rather slim....Oh well, can't hurt to search.
