FULL VIEW PLEASE!!!

Inspired by level 8 of Pianta Village from Super Mario Sunshine on GameCube. The Fluff Festival, where you can clinge onto a piece of cottony dandelion pieces (which is called fluff in their world) and float around, but becareful, they can dissappear in mid-air.

Drew this on paper, though my PhotoShop trial ran out, I really wanted to CG this. So I went back to my PaintShop Pro, using my Kiskae tequnique, I was able to CG it on MS Paint, the background made with PaintShop Pro.

Love how this came out. I was a bit reluctant on saving it as a PNG, but JPG made it ugly and GIF killed its background.
