I took a look at your Draw This Again from December and... wow. You're only 13 this year but you made this? Nice job!! Looks like you learned a lot from drawing every day. Keep it up! 
If you don't mind some critique, please try looking at references more - the arms of the brown-haired character are very short and don't show the perspective you wanted, their face is oddly vertically squashed (especially compared to how well-drawn the other character is), and both their breasts are huge, covering pretty much their entire ribs (which is way too much for most people, particularly of such slight stature).
Other than that, I rather like this! The way you drew the flaxen-haired character's hair and face is really, really nice. I really like the way their hair is layered and flows. And the colors are very mature, cohesive, and atmospheric. Great job, overall!

Ah Thank you thank you very much! Yes only 13 years and made this it's very surprising I know and Finally some criticism I was waiting for it!
But anyways yes I don't mind any critiques just like it says on my page! I'll get to work on using references for arms and anatomy [I knew something was wrong with her arm] and yes I know her breast basically cover their entire rib cage, I'm still trying my best to get out of my anime style of drawing even though I knew breast weren't that big in real life but it's like I'm fighting with myself, one part of me is saying 'draw them small' then the other is just like 'NOooo draw them big animu tits'.

Ever since I changed my style a bit hair has the way I draw hair has changed drastically and hair flowing just naturally came over like, okay the hair I want it like this then it can also turn out the exact way I want it to. And because I've always been looking at hair for a good portion of my life. As for colors I don't really know how I can make it look like that anyway.
