This is such a cute image. I can imagine Gine having fun training Gohan and being nostalgic of when she trained with her son.
I hope Cell doesn't absorb her, but I have a feeling there will still be a death in the Son family from Cell's first contact.

Or probably Goku sacrifice himself and explodes with Cell, then, Cell shots Gine in the chest instead Trunks, killing her (in case if Trunks traveled to the past), and Gohan destroys Cell. In this alternative story, Goku didn't died, so probably both mother and son can either choose being revived, or stay in the other world and train with Kaio-Sama and get the SSJ3, and in that case...Ohohohoh!!! I smell a fusion between then!
