I would say so. My idea of what a terran ship should look like came from watching Babylon 5.
The earth ships always had a grey dirty metal look to them.

Well for complex stuff like this I don't like using UV maps. (It turns into a really pain)
The windows are just a repeating planar map and the glow is just a luminosity map with an alpha map so the whole hall does not glow.
