Description
This is Serin (sometimes i refer to him as "Techno-King")He leads a race of humans with the power to control frequencies. The entire race represents human technology
and its opposing element is nature.
Serin is The Orator of Ghost-Gear-Mesh (an "orator" is known as a fanatical speaker i.e. Hitler. and the Ghost-Gear-Mesh (GGM) is an impenetrable network of gears that control the entire races technology. no matter how small)
so in short, he controls everyone. and he isn't the most super peaceful dude in teh galaxy
some watchers might notice the sword hes holding. for those who don't

That is an amazing design you got there... I really enjoy how the brightness/darkness shifts from his upper and lower body, it gives him an almost ghostly precense.
