First off this looks like a sort of stock background as I see it based on the red and black repeating pattern. Next I do not know what Slender is but the circle with the scratch marks through it I remember from the Zodiac Killer symbol of California. This is a nice abstract pic I do say and it is not bad.

And to be honest, the original image was red black and white. I added a glow filter, the glow color being... red I think.
