She is very pretty and I like the way you have done her hair. I do have a minor critique for you though, her ear is actually in the wrong place. It should be closer forwards, because it should follow your jawline. I hope that helps.

I recently did the same mistake on a drawing actually, and a friend pointed it out in a way that I will now always remember. Mistakes can happen any time really, which is why I find feedback really useful. Since it is something you can easily miss sometimes.
On this picture I made the same ear mistake:
Normally I remember for next time kind of thing, and don't actually go back and fix these things. However this time I did:
