Thank you. We make cakes at home, and decorate them with these and caramell flowers.
These are 6 cm in diameter.

These are so beautiful and delicate! I've tried several ties to get these right, but my fondant always cracks at the edges of the petals and they invariably end up covered in excess powdered sugar. Any advice?

You should try using corn starch instead of powdered sugar, it leaves them softer and prevents the cracking.
