Truth is, he likes both, so he made one each for both fans. I on the other hand can't stand Shiznat and prefer Himeko x Chikane, but to each is own...

Shizuru is self-serving psycho who is ugly. You could say the same about Chikane (except the ugly part) but at least she learned her lesson. I don't Shizuru ever did.
Natsuki is much more tougher than Himeko. If it was any other girl, then Natsuki would be the seme. She's tomboyish and can fight.
