finnished the animation 8Dgosh....it was harrrdddd...and a brain overkill non the less, especially the shading was tricky on the horse, and to get the bg moving atleast a bit ok was also very frustrating and took me lots of hours
+ my poor computer crashed 2 times while i was in progress, but here it is anyway TADAAA!Anyway yeah it's Engel and i made this as a little teaser for my comic, i was gonna announce him as main character in the next pages but what the heck i might as well say it now XD
This song inspired me for this, the musics melodies so discribe the comics feel plus i love this theme to death! [link]

Try to study the subject you want to learn to draw, if possible visit places where you can find horses, see how they move (or watch video's) Study lots of photo's. When you start out try to think in simple shapes (like circles for the head and body and joints, longer shapes or just lines for the legs, tail and such) keep your sketches basic and don't worry about finer details until you get a feel for the general shape of a horses body, once you get that you can start refining your sketches and add more details/characterise them. Sketch with a light hand so it's easier to erase mistakes (unless your working on a computer then it doesn't matter XD, and don't be afraid to make them, it's trough mistakes we learn to get better

Woah, that is really really gorgeous !
You make me want to try to adapt my old moving horse with photoshop !... A few years ago I have done a little animated horse with what I had at the time (pencil lines of a horse galoping and a slide show via power point at the max of his capacity lol)
I know how hard it is to make those kind of animations, so, you rock !!!!

Hahaha, it started really slow, like one frame every two or three seconds, and I was kind of: this is not that awesome animation wise, and then it started working, and I turned O.O *shocked by awesomeness*

no don't have that but there are lots of tutorials on google (which i used to learn animate in ps) and for the rest it takes patience and practice
