"Goku can fuse with Satan to form Gotan, be defeated by Buu, but still end up revered as a hero, similiar to what happened with Satan and Cell (it doesn't say how or if Buu actually gets defeated by anyone).
In the "Other World" mode, Vegeta goes Super Saiyan 3 against Broli.
Freeza is revived by Janenba and attacks Gohan, like in DBZ movie 12, often with the Ginyu Special-Squad in tow. In some routes, Freeza will still be alive and try to get revenge on Goku, only to give up when he recognizes Goku's superior strength. He then just keeps training to try and surpass Goku. If this happens, he will be an NPC during the battle with the Bio Warriors, and fight on Trunks and Goten's side. In other routes he will be revived as a Bio Freeza, together with Bio Cell.
Cell will also sometimes be revived by Janenba's power, and be stronger due to training in the afterlife. He'll give Gotenks a tough fight, but be seized by the reformed Dabra and taken back to the afterlife.
Majin Buu can reform into Mister Buu and battle Janenba. In some routes Mister Buu and Satan can team up to defeat the skinny Buu.
Coola can be revived by Janenba, at which point you fight him as Mister Satan (?). Naturally this is a hard fight, but if you fulfil certain requirements and still lose, Freeza will defeat Coola.
Turles is mistaken for Goku by Broli, then ends up becoming Broli's underling, but is defeated by Super Saiyan 2 Vegeta, and then revived by Janenba.
Bojack is in the game, but is one of Garlick Jr.'s henchmen for some reason.
Hildegarn is in the game, and is a "rare boss defeated single-handedly by Mister Satan".
Slugg is in the game, and attempts to merge with Piccolo, but Gohan stops him. If Gohan loses the fight, Slugg will succeed in merging with Piccolo, but Piccolo will be dominant in the resulting Namekian, who calls himself "Piccolo Daimao" and allows himself to be killed by Gohan.
Garlic Jr. recieves the power of Planet Makyo and becomes king of all demons. He then creates a female vampire called Dranpire. Dranpire absorbs Slugg, Bojack, Broli, Bio-Broli, Cell, Bio Cell, Bio Freeza, , Coola, Turles, and Hildegarn. In some routes she'll absorb Garlic Jr. as well. Goku and Vegeta fight her, but get absorbed too. In most routes she is defeated by Gogeta, but in a different route she'll be beaten by Freeza.
edit: Shame on me for not remembering that Drampire is the name of the female vampire from Dr. Slump (called "Trampire" in Viz's translation for some reason).
Kaioshin is defeated by Freeza (I get the feeling whoever wrote this likes Freeza), and Goku says that he has "a smaller ki than Dai-Kaio".
Thunderbolt, the Mister Satan-like character from Neko Majin Z, is in the game and is one of Satan's pupils, along with those two filler guys.
King Cold fights with Gotenks.
The Ginyu Special-Squad are revived by Janenba and fight Gohan, sometimes together with the Coola Armored Squad. Their dialog parodies Superman 4.
Goten fights Turles' gang (who are apparently called the "Crusher Gang") as part of his training.
There's an "Android No.9" in the game, who is actually Tao Pai Pai (presumably Cyborg Tao Pai Pai). He gets revived by Janenba.
Dr. Uiro is actually Android No.21, and Dr. Gero's pupil. He's also the one who makes the Bio Warriors, instead of Jagga's scientiests. Uiro's henchmen are lumped in with the Bio Warriors, and Buyon (the monster Goku fights in Muscle Tower) is also one of the Bio Warriors.
Bibidi actually created Majin Buu using the power of Planet Makyo. After he's killed he continues his research, and creates Janenba by borrowing power from Garlic (I also get the feeling that whoever wrote this likes Garlic Jr.). Babidi helps Bibidi create Janenba after getting killed.
Dabra has Akkuman, Lucifer, Shura, and Ghastel as underlings. After being killed by Buu and reforming in heaven, he takes Cell back the afterlife when Cell is revived by Janenba.
Piccolo Daimao's underlings all get revived by Janenba.
In the Buu arc, Slugg and his men are ordered by Garlic to go to New Planet Namek, and in the Janenba arc orders them to find out the method of restructuring people into androids.
The previously mentioned Dranpire has a group of Demon Clan underlings that she gathered "from somewhere". They're named Manba, Rackal, Getto, Half-Fish Man, and Mummy-Man (apparently not the same as Uranai Baba's fighter, Mummy-kun).
Yamcha is described as a gag character who depending on the route will die up to five times, but be revived each time. In one route he becomes Janenba's underling, and is defeated by Mister Satan (I guess the guy who wrote this liked Mister Satan too).
Paikuhan is also described as a gag character. He doesn't have the strength he does in the TV show, but instead is easily defeated by Cell and dropped by Freeza onto Hell's Mountain of Needles."
LOL while this would make the game more cool, it's still a carzy thought
