Though saiyans like goku can use the kaioken effectively, I think the race that can bring the kaioken to its fullest potential is the Majin race

Because the kaioken's biggest flaw is that it just destroys your body but with the Majin having a squishy body and being able to regenerate there entire body without difficulty makes them prime candidates

This is true, Majins would utilize it a lot better. Too bad that Kaio-Ken became another easy Power Up by the time of the Frieza arcs where x20 did nothing on Goku's physique.

To be fair, Frieza was a whole league apart, Goku's Kaioken put him at 60,000,000 which was Frieza's 50%, the moment Frieza went over that, Goku was back to struggling to survive.

Things would have gone from 5 to 30 on the trouble scale. Though now in the universal survival arc, I wish that goku would teach everyone else kaioken especially buu and vegeta because of buu's regeneration and kaioken being able to combine with ssj blue

Of course it's fully possible that only a Kai can teach it, but even that shouldn't be an issue anymore since Goku can just IT them to King Kai.

*sigh* another goku is selfish argument. How about you think with your brain for a moment and ask yourself why did nobody ask goku they wanted to learn the kaioken? Think about it. The human z fighters are far outclassed by the saiyans so learning kaioken would mean nothing since their power wouldn't match either way, piccolo and gohan could learn it but they never bothered to ask goku to teach it to them, and vegeta probably doesn't care anyway. He doesn't want to learn it. Vegeta would rather come up with his own techniques. Same way he made the final flash and big bang attack. If that's the question you want to make, then why hasn't piccolo taught gohan the special beam cannon? It's his technique and since he's gohan's mentor, he could've taught it to him. But gohan has never shown been using piccolo's signature move at all in the series once
