Here's an artwork for about Asper and Cahros , this time with a third earthling character, Garter ! She kinda mess with them and made them work too hard, so eventually Asper just broke at one point x). And this is the picture of it xD. Poor Cahros, doing his best to hold her back xD

It looks like they are in the research area where Bio-Broly was created. Does raise questions if Asper and Charos were created there or are they employees?
Given those two can reach UI, Garter is playing with fire by pushing Charos' buttons 
I'm assuming Garter is a relative of Bulma because of the lingerie/underpants naming theme with her family?

They weren't created like that, them being employees is correct, but it's a fun thought considering the crazy stuff that went on in the movie. The background is mainly because it looks cool lol. Garter happens to have their number one weakness, she signs their paychecks lol. Also is a major workaholic so of course she tries to keep them around the clock and Asper gets a little mad when they take her training time. Garter is from my own fan story based on the original series, you could say she is an alternate version (of Bulma) in a timeline where a lot is different. And yes I kept the play on underwear related stuff .xD I drew inspiration from both Trunks and Bulma's design together, hence the purple hair and jacket.
Maniaxoi really did amazing bringing them to life. You can also find all the concept designs I feed him in my gallery.
