I cannot tell you how much this picture changed on me. She started out as a joke. A girlin a jean skirt and furry boots because of a conversation my friend and I had about girls who would wear jean skirts and furry boots in the instead. The headphones came in because of TKO *by Le Tigre*. I'm not sure why. The scarf because her neck looked funny.--
The bus sign is in Japanese, modelled after this really cute one I found on google: [link]
I used so many references for the peacock...and I lost my ref for the headphones. Le tear.

I love the simplicity of the design with such interesting details. The sign makes me laugh for some reason, although I can't read all of it. The peacock seems to fit very well with the girl, and I love her outfit. She reminds me a bit of a robot.

no i didnt see the winners....we had to get a new library card, and while they were figuring it out i was looking at the art and stuff...then we got a new one and checked-out and left T_T ....i'll be back by the 23rd tho ^^ (thats when my books are due)
