In the lands of Calisota, standing as a hallmark of the thriving town of Duckburg, and sitting proudly on top of Killmotor Hill, is the Money Bin (fitly nicknamed Dragons' Coffer by the maesters of the Citadel), the great vault of the House McDuck's western branch. This almost impregnable fortress is the pride and joy of King Scrooge, whose always in the company of his trusty entourage of beloved family members and loyal servants that make up his small council.
You can't see him, but Lunchpad is a member of the Kingsguard.
