No, this is not a cyberman variant concept but, its something arguably a lot more disturbing. See sometime ago I cam across a Torchwood fanfiction by one a-silver-story called the Ballad of Ianto Jones. It was written long before House of the dead and Miracle Day and, you know how RTD said no resurrections were going to happen well, lets just say the author went into some pretty dark places with this one. I wont go into full details (don't want to spoil to much) but, lets just say after Jack abandoned the earth at the end of Children of Earth that Gwen kind of went off the deep end.

The results were not pleasant for her but, for Ianto... well we have the Archiver; a hulking mismatched cybernetic body made from scavenged parts that, to most of the Torchwood staff is a creepy but efficient AI that runs the archives of future Torchwood but to those in the know is a barely controllable monster that can do a lot of damage if you piss him off.

The Doctor Who anniversary was making me nostalgic and after rereading the fic recently I decided to make a concept of the Archiver and it turned out pretty well in my opinion. I certainly captured the mismatched body look though the hulking element needs some work.
