gift for my wonderful sister ~zymcka
:3She got a new hair cut some weeks ago and everybody in my familly said that she was pretty!! So I wanted to draw her, with her new hair and a dress 'cause she doesn't wear a lot of dress... and she's pretty anyway! ( the dress was designer with the inspiration of ~TheProfane 's one )

Hahaha... I just got my hair cut like that a few weeks ago! Its a little more curled and flipped out than that is, but I have the bangs like that and everything!
