Let me get this out of the way. Yes, I know that by using AI I've joined the dark side. No, it does not make me an artist. I wanted to play around with Bing Image Generator to see if I could make some references and I did get some interesting results.
It's been awhile since I published The Witches of the Seasons, back in 2014! I did finish the series that year so I impressed myself. So, now that I'm playing with AI I wanted to see if I could capture my vision for these characters.

Top Left: Aurelia, the Autumn Witch. A strange one of the family, she has been married to a mortal named Richard and has a daughter Abigail. She is a teacher, but is also in charge of the spooky spirits of the world. She is technically an element of death and harvest, but she is certainly lively. Since she lives in Suburbia, I never showed her Realm unique to her.

Top Second from Left: Newlyn, the Spring Witch and her Griffon familiar Sarah. Newlyn is a classic Demeter style figure and she governs over birth and new life. Her Nymphs are her creations, and there's one for every type of flower and blossom. She lives in a realm of eternal Garden and Greenery.

Top Third from Left: Jack. The Enigmatic Pumpkinhead figure. He is a spirit who helps Aurelia wrangle other spirits of Autumn, and he is an agent of Discord. However, Chaos is not evil in and of itself. He certainly is more of a trickster than a monster. Get on his bad side though, and he will give you a scare you will never forget!

Last Top Row: Julia, the Summer Witch. She is pictured with her Familiar Scarlet Macaw, Joaquin and Toucan, Tia. She is a vibrant figure of life and warm comfort. She was the hardest to create for me with what her responsibilities were, but her realm is eternal summer tropical islands.

First Bottom Row: Alexei, Aurelia's familiar. Alexei is a classic cat familiar that likes to take the form of a Neko boy. He is a rival of Jack. Familiars share their power with their witch, but they do not share their ability to reproduce. So, while Jack is like a cool Uncle to Abigail, he has been the responsible one for them and all kids. He takes trick or treating really seriously!

Second Bottom Row: Sarah the Griffon, Human form. One Halloween the Witches and their familiars and Aurelia's family got together. Sarah had never turned into a human before, so she did so by giving herself a human form and her griffon features as her costume. She certainly was teased by the other familiars for this.

Last Bottom Row: Harmony, the Winter Witch. The one who started it all! This was the first in the series, and I had a hard time making an image for her and her reindeer familiars. She's basically a Rule 63 Santa Claus, and the most childish of the Witches. Her realm is a beautiful cabin in wintery woods like a perfect snowglobe.
