Thats my girl! (refers to the mare) Haha. Always a handful!
Just wanted to say great job! The picture looks great, and the Breivun Breed looks spectacular in your style of drawing!
Minor Note: All Breivuns are normally always headstrung, and it is something that can hardly ever be trained out of there personality; unless they are handled at a younger age. Since the adoptables are yearlings at this time, I feel that all of the Yearlings will end up being headstrung their entire life; and never truly be "broken".
Anyway, just my thoughts. Once again, great picture! Not quite sure when I'll announce the winners. I'm waiting for one more entry, I believe (that I'm aware of) then I'll announce the deadline - in case any more stragglers are wanting to enter.
Good Job.

Very nice! Her background story was amazing and the picture is too. Nobody else has shown any interest, so I feel your chances will be good. However, I will say "dont count your chickens before they hatch..." Or something like that. lol.
Anyway, I'll definatly do that. I want to thank you for noting me your entry...as it will help me in not loosing it. hehe. Anyway, I'll tell you when I set the deadline and then when I announce the winners. Anyway. Great job once again.

Aww! it's cute. You are very good at drawing the proportions of a horse.

My main tip is lots of practice, really. Close study of anatomy and movement is a big help. I work with horses whenever I can, and when I get those chances I watch them closely and study them. Working with basic shapes to get the pose is a great idea, but when it comes to fine tuning the anatomy I think it's a great idea to have a few pictures that you can reference from.
