Carlos Oliver Andres was separated from his family since birth. When he was taken away right after birth he was sold off to a rich family vacationing in Mexico. The family car crashed 5 weeks after. Then a poor farmer and his wife found him and nursed him back to health. They raised him as there own naming him Carlos Andres. After 5 years of happiness with his new family, he came back from hiking with a friend and found the small town destroyed, everyone killed. He later was sold along with the friend, to a rich family in England called The Windsor ( pretty much to his real uncle and aunt ) not knowing that they where his relatives. There he was given the name Oliver. Two years later the aunt and uncle where found dead. He was made heir when they 'adopted' him, which gave him all the power they had possessed. He disappeared for 4 years and came back with a tall male with green snakelike eyes. His hair is now black with bright yellow highlights. His silver eyes turned bright gold. He now wheres his hair long on front. He likes to dress 'cow boy' style.
