When I look at Flannery 's crazy hair, this is what I think of (like how Chiyo-chan in Azumanga Daioh was imagined to fly with her pigtails).I was originally gonna just draw Flannery (or Flannery with a fire flying Pokemon, but all the fire flying Pokemon are Charizard or legendaries), but ~wartjr2373 suggested I add Torkoal flying by shooting out the smoke jets from its nostrils.
