This is the beginning of the song "So She Dances" from Josh Groban's new album Awake. The first time I heard this song, I had shivers run down my spine
And thus, I was inpired to paint a scene from it.I didn't design the girl. She is originally drawn by Green Glass (Tukiji Nao) (Original Image )
I vectored the girl and painted the dress, which was the easy part. The background took forever... Mostly because I don't know exactly what I wanted
, and because I can't draw windows... Also, the direction of the lighting took a while, because of the direction of the rays...Crappy Tutorial on Painting Moonlight rays if you're interested.

Just one thing. The shadow that the window casts, would it still be straight when it hits her body? Shadows are so incredibly hard to do >_<...
