Hahaha--yes! Little Em returns and friend Kate, too...great! As for me, all is fine--took two weeks off for R&R and mainly to give my left shoulder a chance to heal up more...physio continues but I must say that the shoulder feels great. Not sure what the future holds but I am determined to be able to do the kind of work I was doing before, Kate...Cheers!!

I am very glad that your shoulder feels better and you have had some time off, did you do anything nice in your free time? (Perhaps be more cautious with the shoulder if you are doing the same work? )

Well, my 2 weeks of downtime was confined to my regular visits for physio, two dental appointments, car repairs, a bit of grocery shopping and so on...real exciting, eh? The whole idea was to allow my left shoulder to get some rest from any sort of lifting at work and for sure, I maintained this aspect throughout. Shoulder is feeling very good just now and not sure if I'll be permitted to do any kind of heavy lifting just yet; fingers are crossed but rotator cuff injuries take a long, long time to heal properly, so I'll just have to be patient. But for now, it's feeling tons better than it did back in April, Kate and thanks very much for asking, my friend! And I imagine you are caught up in the Olympics frenzy just now? I'll tune in as time permits but it should be a great time for one and all!
