Do they like water?  I heard Jaguars and Tigers are the only big cats that like the water!

Jaguars do like water. True, although lions will swim if they have to. Jaguars and tigers will go in it for enjoyment as well as for necessity.

Wait for her to go into heat, then slip him some Viagra and pump up the Barry White music. If that doesn't get him in the mood, nothing will.

Hahahahahahaha! You might be surprised, even when she is heat he does not like her much apparently.

OMG, Kate--another wonderful photo from the sanctuary!  Those eyes are something else and he certainly does not appear to be in the "mating spirit" at all just now...whoa!

HAHA! You made me laugh out loud...Lol! Indeed, well according to the keepers he is never in the spirit (with other jaguars that is), which is a shame as he is a rather fine specimen.

Hello again, Kate! Well, you had me kind of snickering to myself over also, so I guess we both got a good laugh out of it all and I'll say no more! And yes, here I am here on a Saturday and not at work...oh joy!  Time to rest, relax and work on some new artworks, answer messages and so on...BLISS!  How are things with you over there, Kate?  Are you in anticipation of the Royal Birth due any moment now?

I am glad that you are having a break off work! I am fine thank you Shelly. I am really enjoying the heatwave here; it has been approx 14 days uninterrupted sunshine which has been unknown since 2006 (I think). The temperatures have been close to and above (on same days) 30 degrees Celsius. I love it. I am in no anticipation to be honest, the royal family does not interest me; I consider them to be a relic from the past, whose only function now is to take money from the British tax payer.

Thanks very much for the support, Kate!  Ah yes--heatwave over here also with some major thunderstorms and tornado watches last few days.  After the big storm yesterday, things have cooled down a bit which is fine and my abode seems more liveable which is great! Darn hot the last while and seems to be the same in your part of the world also--I don't mind the heat except when having to work in it which is no picnic.  As for "Royal Birth" I feel very much the same as you but many years ago, I did see Charles and Diana in Ottawa and I must say I was very impressed with the young woman...and time marches on, doesn't it? Well, I hope you spent a wonderful day, Kate and have a great evening also...kind of late there now but perhaps you can go outside and gaze at the stars! CHEERS my friend!
