That is Beautiful.How do you get the lips to glow, and the skin tone?

I used a coloured (raw Sienna)Canson paper as background so I drew the lips only 
It's difficult to explain how I get the lips to glow (my english is really bad!), but please feel free to watch the drawing video (link is in the description).
