This art is BEAUTIFUL. The way the colors blend together- that is to say, not at all- really gives the impression of a stark drawing. The simple light and dark of the dress creates a great amount of contrast, and the way the shadows are used make it simply beautiful to look at. The use of red and orange creates the illusion of much more color than is actually used, and at the same time, the intricate detail of the earrings creates a small, complex shape that makes the drawing that much more interesting. The use of color versus detail for focal points shows well- you can easily concentrate on the red because of the color, and the earrings for the detail used. The 'feathered' effect around the eye-shadows creates the impression of much more detail than actually made, and the shadow of the nose makes it appear three-dimensional while also appearing abstract lower down. Overall, great work.

You have put a lot of detail into this piece and it is easily shown. The way how you laid out everything in the piece really moves the viewers eyes through the piece. And you have placed your colours on it very well, making the piece stand out. The originality of the piece is excellent as well, though I would have to say, that the meaning is difficult to understand...But I get the feeling of fear and destruction while looking at it, I hope that was what you were trying to achieve. Overall, this piece is very well done and you should take great pride in your work. ^v^
