Right off the bat, the first thing I noticed is how boldly the hair stands out from the background. Wonderful contrast there as well as around the painting. The subtle differences between each of the petals of the flowers looks great and I also greatly enjoy the linework all around on your painting, it makes the flowers look like stained glass. My main suggestion to you would be that while the portrait may accurately define that person, add some more contrast to it. Make those eyes pop out even more. They are entrancing already, but if they were pearlescent white on top of darker skin, it would really catch the eye.
Regarding the hair, I am not sure of what you are trying to go for. It looks like if He-Man got bleached. You could really use some more texture or contrast in the hair to show that this isn't just a bowl painted to look like hair sitting on top of his/her head. The cropping of the hear looks fantastic, but a little bit unrealistic. So much so that it's a bit distracting. Nobody is going to have every single hair lying down perfectly flat on their head. Adding in a couple of stray hairs or even just making some uneven sections pop out a bit more than others would go a long way. Lastly, I love the petals falling off to the top right and bottom left hand sides of the painting. A really nice touch that gives the painting an overall feel of mysticism with a hint of deciet.
Overall. this is a commendable painting, but double check to make sure things look consistently realistic regarding singular characters.

Hey, wonderful job! I love the way your framed this piece and the subtle pink (or blue?) hues. The face is truly well shaded.Β One thing I would suggest is to keep the roses simpler so that the styles between the face and the roses don't clash too much, because I'm not sure where to look.Β Honestly, the hair looks fine.Β It's been apart of your consistent style for a long time, so I wouldn't change it, it looks perfectly fine.
