Unpopular opinion, Scarecrow's design from The New Batman Adventures is..... bad.Well not really. It is definitely scarier than in Batman The Animated Series. Just that, it lost the aspects of a scarecrow. It got me torn between liking it and not care about it.
So I came up with this, mixing both designs from BTAS and TNBA; having the darker color scheme, noose, and Leatherface like mask, but keep maintaining the scarecrow appearance. Early on I thought of giving him the hay hair, but decided to drop it. It look scarier I think without the hay. It's like he's a rotting corpse or something.
