I love love love this! Especially the palette. Everything blends together, but it's still very clear and clean. Analogous colors are always nice to look at! :]

The ONLY thing that I notice that could be better, is the bottom corner of his mouth on the left side... it just goes STRAIGHT across rather than curve...
But this is quite the ladle-full of awesomesauce.

I really like the composition of the piece and the detail in the goggles and hat. The lenses and the hair are really nice and dark, there's no little white spots. My advice to you would be to work on filling in some of the paper fibers better, especially in the shading on the face. Try to get the color as smooth as the hair and the goggles.
Get subject matter too, I adore steampunk.

i completely agree... i usually do fill in the white spots, but unfortunately im rushing a tad to get my pieces in for class. i will most likely completely finish it when its all said and done

Don't worry, I understand. I've never worked with Prismacolor so I don't have much room to speak, but I'm curious--can you blend them with a tissue/chamois or do you have to blend with other pencils?

its cool! yeah i blend with other pencils, because prismacolor led is so soft that they blend really easily

That's really interesting, I've been looking into prismacolor. It seems to be the next logical step from doing graphite pieces.

Wonderfully drawn!
I primarily like how you draw focus to the man by muting the background, though I'm honestly left craving to know what he's looking at.
Second, I love the detail of the sunglasses you really did a wonderful job with proportions in the rivets/bolts around the lenses its a bit difficult to maintain perspective when dealing with this kind of angle.
Third I like how you drew his mouth - it looks very soft. The coloring is very realistic, especially how it fades into the skin tone of his cheek; teick business that, too subtle and his lips would've turned out too plump, too much contrast and he would've seemed to be wearing lip gloss (lol). Well done!
And the cap - corderoy! I likes it. The style is very 40's British which I feel enhences the SteamPunk feel of the glasses - nice touch.
The only chang I might suggest would be a little more shading on the outer edges of his ear to play more truely with the light. But even as it is its wonderful!
I'm one of the many who envy your talent in a very complimentary way.

You deserve every compliment hon, you truly are skilled. 
And please don't let yourself think the ear was "carelessly done", its certainly the best (and I do mean of all I've yet seen) ear I've seen drawn by hand! Though I think you're wise to know when enough is enough, I personally have a hard time with that (I'm a bit stubborn) but I'll try to take your words of wisdom and improve myself.
I'm already excited to see your next piece. Be well, don't forget to give yourself some well earned credit, and keep moving forward.
