Well, I'm back. I've been studying for the exams...
I found a picture of Kate Moss on Elle magazine and I thought it was a good idea to draw her, so... that's it.

lol, sometimes that happens, and then you have to do the best you can
sometimes people ARE just a bit off - i have a friend who doesn't have a chin. in drawing class the teacher paired the students off on each to do quick portrait sketches. Tanner did a picture of Andy (no chin) and then andy left the room when the teacher came around inspecting the pieces. she told tanner that he'd done a very nice job except that he'd forgotten andy's chin. Tanner was like "no kidding. have you LOOKED at Andy?"
sometimes its right in front of our faces and you just don't notice it till you get your attention drawn to it. like the fact that a friend of mine has no ear ridges in his ear. totally flat. he can't wear an earing cuff at all because theres' nothing to latch onto. but i NEVER NOTICED until several years later when i was taking a 3D Lifeforms class and had to just render my OWN ear in a lifesized clay project....
*shrug*

wow! this is gorgeous! i love all the colors you used to shade her skin and hair! her eyes came out very life like, and i really love that little sparkle on her eyelid. the only small critique i have is that her neck looks a little too thin; still a great piece, nonetheless! <3
