91.5? What?? It's actually a very short short page of what happens next that is sort of an update about Jane and Inuyasha's feelings towards each other. Last Time on Another Feudal Fairy Tale
Kagome and Jane worked on the crafts to be sold in the feudal era before heading downstairs to find Richard making dinner. Jane offers her assistance but is rejected by her father due to her lack of cooking skills. It is because of this that Inuyasha teases her and he and Jane soon find themselves arguing with their outdoor voices. Jane skipps dinner that night and Inuyasha finds her upstairs to apologize to relieve himself of his guilt. It was at this time where Inuyasha discovers that Jane enjoys painting and fears the sound of lightening. After a pause, Inuyasha comforts Jane, shielding her from the storm outside of the house and keeping her company until it passed. What does this mean? Has there been a recent bud blooming in the cold relationship between Jane and Inuyasha? Or is this just temporary between two stubborn half demons? AFFT Chapter 7 Page 91.5 Stop

The storm had passed, and drizzling rain could be heard from the tiny windows in Shane’s darkened basement when he and Inuyasha lay sound asleep after a wild challenge of call of duty. Kagome and Jane were up in her room and they had just gotten little Ricky to fall sound asleep on the top bunk with his pirate bunny. Kagome tucked herself in as Jane removed her slippers before joining her. They snuggled in the blanket silently and ready to sleep but Jane was lost in her thoughts. As a half demon, she knew she was cold sometimes and failed to acknowledge other’s feelings. Was it wrong to let the night go by without thanking Inuyasha for his efforts? Was he really trying to apologize, or was he trying to get something out of it? But most importantly… could he feel? This would answer it. Whether Inuyasha could feel or not would determine whether she should give back or forget about it. Jane sighed heavily at her discomfort. Inuyasha was confusing her and she hated it! That jerk was making her regret her actions. She would never care before, why is it bothering her now? If he was human, this would definite fly over her head and she’d drop the bomb right there. But… he’s just like me. She thought. But people like me wouldn’t do this, so why-

“Jane?” Kagome whispered.

“Huh?” Jane returned to reality. “What is it?”

"Are you alright?" She asked.

“Yeah, why?” Jane asked, confused.

“You won’t stop shaking your foot. Are you still upset with Inuyasha?” Kagome asked, knowing exactly how Jane was feeling with that stubborn ass of a half demon.

“No, I’m not upset. He came to apologize after all.” Jane said, lying back in the pillow. Kagome froze.

“He what?” She asked in awe.

“Yeah, about that.” Jane said turning around in the bed to face Kagome. “You said he never apologizes first.”

Kagome looked at Jane, assuming she was lying or at least messing with her.

“He doesn’t.” She stated.

“Well, he didn’t say the words, but it seemed like an apology to me.” Jane said. Kagome’s stomach turned. This was the third time since she’s met Jane that she felt this. But she didn’t pay attention to it.

“What happened?”

Inuyasha tossed and turned in the discomfort of the springs in the sofa bed. He just could not find that comfortable position that he could sleep in. It was worse than the cold ground or the damp trees in the feudal era.

“Would you quit moving?” Shane complained.

“How can you sleep on such a rigged surface?” Inuyasha said. “I can hardly sleep ‘cause of it.”

He knew he was lying. Inuyasha couldn’t sleep, but it was not due to the springs. Inuyasha was thinking about regretting his actions on the third floor. Was it right to comfort her? Would Kagome have gotten mad if she saw him do that? Did she even care that he tried? And most of all, why DID he do it?

“You’re not mad about the springs.” Shane said.

“Yes I am.” Inuyasha replied without looking at him.

“No you’re not. You would have gone to the floor by now.” Shane noticed. Inuyasha sat up in frustration.

“I’ll go to the floor when I feel like it!” Inuyasha told him.

“Where’d you go during the movie?” Shane asked.

“What movie?” Inuyasha said.

“The movie. Me, my dad, Ricky and even Kagome were all watching a movie and you disappeared.” Shane said. Inuyasha turned his head.

“Tsk, I don’t need to explain myself to you.”

“You’re right. You need to explain yourself to yourself.” Shane told him, sitting up.

“What’s that supposed to mean?” Inuyasha asked.

“It means that you’re mentally irritated and can’t figure out why so you blame your discomfort on my perfectly good sofa. In fact, you’re so insecure about it that when someone like me asks you what’s wrong, you quickly push them away as a defense mechanism.” Shane told him.

Inuyasha ‘sweat dropped’ before saying, “Since when did you become such a psychologist?”

“I didn’t. You think like a little kid.” Shane responded. Inuyasha grunted.

“I’m not confused with myself, it’s your sister who’s confusing ME.” Inuyasha said.

“What did my sister do to you?” Shane asked.

“I don’t know, she’s doing something to make me crazy! I never make sense when I talk to her.” Inuyasha complained.

“So she’s smarter then you?” Shane asked.

“NO! That’s not it, it’s just…”

“He’s doing things against his will, something about tonight didn’t seem like something he wanted to do.” Jane said.

“Well.. Inuyasha is harsh, but he has a good heart. Maybe he did mean the apology.” Kagome said.

“I don’t know how to explain it, he’s doing something to drive me crazy, like what if-“

“She’s just using me. Why would she give me the power of the shiek jewel?” Inuyasha asked.

“Why are you suspicious of her?” Shane answered with a question.

“Because no one has ever put me in the situation where I don’t know how to respond or what to say and-“

“I’ve never been this afraid yet so tempted to trust someone, I mean this is out of the ordinary for him right so why all of a sudden? I don’t feel safe I feel like he should just-“

“She talks back like she thinks she knows everything, she insults me and I feel like she should just-“
