I love drawing things like this
hm..so when I was very young, I had a bunch of lung-related diseases like Pneumonia and Bronchitis and I always went to the doctor to use the breathing machine thing (I dunno what it's called) so much that the doctors just gave me the entire machine to bring home and use XD They kinda look astronaut-ish? at that time.
I know some kids have it worse but people kept saying I had a weak body (Well I did break my ankle multiple times tripping on things ; w ; ) but it didn't bother me too much
And now I joined a sports cca! I didn't make it into the competitive team, but it's ok because I'm fitter now!So now I'm trying to break from my shy-ness, and talking to people here in dA and in irl made me kinda happy haha. (Too bad I'm always very busy ;-; ) Most people on dA are so nice
Being shy, drawing helps express some thoughts in a way. Oh, that rose on the left..if you get that reference maybe, you're awesome! If not, you are awesome as well XDAh and this girl is the genderbent version of my oc, because I'm a girl so..

For the reference maybe it's about the story "The little prince", who lives on a planet with his rose and has to save the Galaxy from a giant snake.xD

I really like how you drew a part of your life in this drawing and as we artists know, a picture speaks a thousand words and this picture surely told quite the story.

honestly tho, I had no idea that I was quite introverted when I was a child even though I was aware that I was alone at many times but having found friends, I realised that I was kinda lonely but no anymore XDD everyones here~ free to talk~ so you too my friend, have an amazing day~~ and youre awesome too XDD

This is just a really beautiful piece! I just love the symbolism you put in this and how much it must mean to you.
It sounds like you had it pretty hard as a kid living with lung diseases like that... But you seem to have overcome those issues with time! And so what if you didn't make the competitive team: the personal accomplishment is already huge enough!
Sadly, I don't know the reference but it still looks beautiful either way! And I'll always be here if you need someone to talk to.
(And I like Bangs as both because, as either gender, Bangs still represents you!)

Thank you! Actually it didn't matter that much since I liked staying at home all day anyway xD Well, I'm just happy that all is well now. That tiny reference is from a book called The Little Prince, and there was a particular rose on a planet in it so I decided to draw it in as well

That book is beautiful and deep within in it's apparent simplicity!
The meaning behind it is profound and should definitely be more widely known around the world. All I ever got to read, that I can remember, is the hungry little caterpillar.

Yup, it was definitely one of the more unique books I've seen. It also has this fairytale/child-like theme that I like a lot
