I've always pictured him as quite the Disney villain in characteristics, this just fits perfectly.

He is my favourite character as well, and you captured him perfectly. On quizzes for 'What Discworld Character Are You Most Like', I am ALWAYS Vetinari. Except once, I was Cheery Littlebottom, but that quiz only included female characters.

Except for maybe a little too much colour in his face (I can't see him out of doors enough to get a tan), he is spot-on and got just the right amount of stature and attitude. I can just see him saying "Mr. Lipwig, do I need a *badge* that says 'tyrant'?". In fact, I prefer your interpretation to Paul Kidby's and that's saying a lot, because he's done an amazing job, truly.
