Your coloring style really looks like copic markers, what software did you use to obtain such a gorgeous effect ?

my history project is a introduction of Hijikata and also made a poster of him. Our group included a list of pictures of Hijikata in different movies/anime/games at the bottom of the poster to show how popular he is~ XDD
