When I think 'Adventureland', I wouldn't immediately run to this sort of color scheme (I'd go with a warmer palette). But! I definitely like it!
I can see some of the rides represented, too, without it being too obvious.

a warmer palette would fit nicely too. that's what comes to my mind when I think of Pirates.
I actually started with the idea of using purple, but eventually went with green

Eh, purple always reminds me of Fantasyland. Not really a color I'd associate with Adventureland because it's more earthy and adventurous. Purple doesn't really fit with that, haha.
