No you cannot use this logo and I'm not going to make you a custom colour set. This logo is still associated with my identity so it falls more in line as a trademark of mine.If I find put you've used my design without written consent well... big ass boot up your ass until I finance some lawyers and a copyright infringement case.
Just a new take on the old Logo. Thought that it needed a change.
And now... a little History
... Good times.
EDIT: Just to see how it looked with the classic red and yellow.

and here i was thinking Spiderman lol anyway great work. makes me want to start working on a user icon for myself. how did you start the design out? assuming concept drawings then photoshoped? I've scanned art then edited it that way.
