Description
Last in a series of eleven images.I designed all the backgrounds in Adobe Illustrator CS3. All the characters were drawn, inked, and colored by hand. I tried to get typefaces that more or less accurately fitted with each Doctor to my preference. Hopefully everyone will enjoy what I was able to put together.
Materials:
Mechanical pencils, Staedtler pigment liners, Prismacolor markers, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator CS3, and a whole lotta time!

My friend introduced me to the series, but made me watch this series first, then go back to the 9th Doctor. I haven't seen before that yet, sadly, but I wish to.
However, Eleventh will always be my favorite. Ninth was very butch, and Tenth was kind of temperamental. Loveable, but scary. Eleventh is kind of like a child. XD For some reason I keep calling him Matt in my head. Terrible habit, but I do.

Eleven reminds me a lot of a child too, he's so adorable. Ten was rather temperamental but I don't think it was really his fault because he seemed kind of bipolar; he seemed to be always in a mania or depressive-like state, which also explains why he could be scary because when he was in a mania-like state he could be angry and even violent at times.

Matt Smith, Tom Baker and Peter Davison are my favorites, and always will be. But, all my Doctor Who loyalty belongs to David Tennant...

Matt Smith has become my new favorite doctor. i'm still loving 10, but i just started losing faith in him when he got all "oh, i can do so much more than save the earth every other day!" plus, he's got a bowtie! bowties are cool you know

While it's a superb series, I wonder why you let your impatience get the better of you. The other pics are rich in character and performance, whereas MS has not been a girl, demonstated his fingers, blown up the TARDIS, and yelled "geronimo!"

Although I don't understand what you're getting at entirely, this was just to complete a set of Doctors for the commissioner who wanted all Doctors that had appeared before his daughter's birth.

It's what Moffat does around him that I wonder about. Yes yes, a good writer, but will he clean up RTD's mess? I doubt it very much.

re: The Troughton vibe you were talking about in other comments, did you know that Stephen Moffat suggested to Matt Smith he watched some Classic Who; he started with Tomb of the Cybermen and fell in love with Troughton's Doctor. Hence the bow tie actually. Hopefully he'll try and incorporate some Troughtonishness into his performance.
