Stephen is from Olivine City, he's lived there his whole life and now that he's finally old enough to travel alone (According to his mom) he is so happy to finally get outta town and see new things, catch more pokemon, and generally just have a blast. He's kind of annoying, he loves to talk, but he's also a fan of sitting on his laptop and looking at funny gifs. He loves his Deino, Shaggy, they've been best friends for a long time, he got the Deino when he was around 12 years old. He loves to listen to music, so don't bother talking to him if his headphones are in. He's kind of a klutz and gets easily embarrassed.
