Where'd Grievous get a RED lightsaber anyways?

Was he killing people he wasn't supposed to? Or is he a completionist trying to collect the whole set?

Yeah...Grievous maxed out his credit cards to get that red one.  It's an addiction.

This is one of my favourite scenes in all of the Star Wars universe and you captured it perfectly! I love the serious intensity on Grievous's face and the calm passiveness of Palpatine's stance in the background, simply amazing!

So, I take it you're a big fan of Bob Peak's art! If not, you're channeling his spirit!!

I am....but I never tried to emulate or study it. My style has been such an organic evolution. If you like Peaks' stuff you should check out the late Berni Fuchs.

Berni Fuchs is another great classic illustrator whose work I miss! I became more familiar with Peak's art since it was still being used in movie posters and album covers of the 1980's. I first became familiar with his art through his Star Trek movie posters and James Bond posters. I think I first learned to love the airbrush because of his work!

Grievous' pose is made of pure win. It looks like he's about to launch into an improbable hand-foot switch that only he could pull off. Those senate guards are doomed. ^_^ So cool!
