Update to make it compatible for Firefox 2 + some improvment.

UPdates
03.12.05 : Ready for Firefox 1.5 Final
16.10.05 : Added compatibility with Firefox 1.5 beta 2.
22.08.05 : Fixed fullscreen bug.
18.07.05 : Added compatibility with Deer Park Alpha 2.

Compatible with Firefox 1.0.7, Firefox 1.5 and Firefox 1.6 alpha 1.

How to install:
1) Download the Theme file into your local drive.
2) Remove previous version of this theme if you have installed it.
3) Openup the Themes Manager Window then drag&drop the theme file into the left side of Themes Manager Window.

its very strange when i use fullscreen mode there are all of the icons there where shall be "minimize" button

A good theme , only a few minor bugs:
- line 666 in browser/browser.css causes some trouble with buttons from extensions: #nav-bar .toolbarbutton-1 {
list-style-image: url(chrome://browser/skin/Milked/cold.png) !important;

}
Because of the !important tag, Extension-Buttons are forced to use the theme button-map (i saw this problem with adblock and with zoomy).
- The throbber has a white background, all other backgrounds are taken from the used visual style. So if you don't use a milked visual style, this looks a little bit strange.
- If you want to make it compatible to Deer Park Alpha 2, you have to fix the options window (add prefwindow in global/global.css, see here ) and the Downloads window (scrollbars don't appear, see this thread from here )

But as i said, all in all a good theme, congratulations!
