Absolutely LOVE the colors (and the fruit. Wish I could have some right now.) I do actually have one teensy little, I can't think of the word but anyway, the oranges' outer skins don't really look like that. Very close but not perfect and I expect perfection out of you every time. Sheesh though, you've done such a great job that my mouth actually started watering a minute ago.

Thank you and Yes, i noticed that this evening when i dusted them off. This one is about 5yrs old now. I couldn't do it at the time, I'm hoping going back to pencils will help develop a better understanding of texture. We will see when i go back to paints next year (Fingers crossed).

Check out an artist here called shum-a for realistic looking oranges drawn with colored pencils. I even favored it I was so impressed.
