If you haven't already named her maybe call her Mikayla. For the background I would suggest the setting to be during the evening with Mikayla walking along the beach shore.

Hmmmmmmmmmm. Well, what if she was a prenatal yoga instructor that happened to only be a few months into her pregnancy; like maybe she's only 3 moths pregnant here.
As for a name, maybe it could be something based on a flower, like Azalea or Gardenia, though those are just some ideas.
