Nice work! This is a convincing rendition of a well-known face (which can be hard, since everyone already knows what they’re supposed to look like ). Well done on the complex gun - it’s detailed but still holds together as a whole, and the eye on our right is expertly rendered. Have you ever tried the technique where you only hatch in one direction? It may be worth a try, since I think the changing directions of the marks on his face takes away from the unity. Also, it looks like the line of his jaw on our right is a bit steep - when I’m drawing portraits I feel like I spend more time drawing negative space, rather than actual features, and that may be helpful to keep in mind in the future. I really like the way you’ve done the nose, suggesting, rather than describing its shape, and the way you’ve let the mouth disappear in some places is great. Well done!
