Not sure, but I know I've felt trapped enought that i felt really wrong and uncomfortable. Really good conceptual pieace. I like the fact that the strings looks fragile, it really coneys that fact that even though each "link" is weak toghter they can be strong enough to trap you. And at the same time it serves a reminder that they aren't too strong to breakout of if you take them one by one.
