Description This is called hotel room boredom. Drew it in the room (hence the lack of proportioning due to lack of reference) when I couldn't sleep but everything outside was closed already. It's neither still-life portrait nor is it fully cartoon, so I'm not quite sure what it is, it just isn't anime.

Probably the second last thing I'll be submitting for a long time The trouble with school...

Wow this is a fantastic sketch. I love the way you've shaded her face, i find skin so hard to achieve in tone and depth...her eyes look fantastic too...that's the thing that most people seem to get wrong on a pic and it normally ruins it. I love the expression and the way you've done her hair. She's more realistic, but still has that cartoon feel to her. I love your sketching. it's so awesome. I find real people so hard to sketch so i'm a jealous iggy

The eyes! I couldn't get it to look real enough but at least it doesn't look bad I really adore 's real-like sketches, have you checked her out before?

I think they are great...and i find eyes the centre piece of works ^-^.. Just had a look at that persons work... amazing pics technically....just seem so empty ..and kinda scary to me and i don't know why....maybe just me... better than what i can do so easily..different style completely... i just don't like them

You did a great job with the shading! It looks like we both had a want to draw something thatΒ΄s anime into something thatΒ΄s not anime, lol. I did the same to Sango and turned her into Disney style Great job by the way

Man, Gotta give you a for daring to draw a real-life version of Misty! That expression you gave her is SO Misty + that hair...you're fantastic at sketching hair and knowing how to put in the highlights/shades, especially when you didn't have a reference in front of you. Awesome work jade!
